One Armed Kettlebell Row



Stand with feet hip width and make sure that your knees are slightly bent.

Bend at the hips with your back straight and knees bent .

Hold kettlebell in one hand and let your arm hang straight down.

Keeping your elbows close to body, pull kettlebell up to the body and squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top.

Return to the starting position.
